This talk will focus on managing/leading people in uncertain and/or changing circumstances. Mr. Loscos’s approach is to inspire reflection on the main variables from the perspective of human factors that make up change management and uncertain environments. Following that, he will discuss the critical success factors that go into managing people under changing and/or uncertain circumstances.
