DFG
With at least 8 years of professional experience, they come from a diversity of sectors and corporate typology, to create a plural and cooperative environment of learning.

The design of the PMD® lends special attention to the following aspects:

    Management capabilities
Participants are provided with a thorough and applied knowledge of organisational management criteria and working methods. The programme substantially improves participants’ analysis and decision-making capacity, along with process management efficiency and the alignment of activities and resources to the organisation’s strategic needs.

    Management competences
This is an ideal opportunity for participants to analyse and reflect on their own managerial skills and leadership abilities. By means of a specific methodology, participants will define their own strategy for personal and skills development.

    Personnel and team management
The key function of any manager lies in being able to develop the organisation through the personal growth of its employees and work teams. The PMD® converts this into one of the programme’s main learning objectives. It addresses key issues and skills in people management.

    Networking
The programme enables participants to expand their professional network, contrasting and enriching their experience with other participants, business leaders and faculty.

By analysing case studies and experiences, debates, working in teams, and management simulations, participants will have the security needed to completely meet learning needs and skills development.

By using Internet and ESADE's web-based programme, technology becomes a factor in each programme's learning experience.
