Global Management Program

ESADE - INCAE Business School

The programme allows participants to acquire a range of modern management tools and capabilities in order to take advantage of the new, competitive, global environment and to successfully face the competition.
sdf
The specific objectives of the programme are:

  • To understand organisational needs in changing political and economic environments, as well as the potential impact of various economic and political forecasts.

  • To develop appropriate frameworks and tools for the development of social responsibility, sustainable management and business competitiveness.

  • To understand management’s new profile and role in a scenario of uncertainty and globalisation.

  • To understand the origins of corporations and the strategies of diversification, innovation and talent management.

  • To develop useful conceptual frameworks for globalisation and growth strategies by providing a strategic vision and global perspective in management.

  • To work with the Management by Trust model (MbT) with a view to applying this model to team management.

The programme is addressed to the region’s entrepreneurs and senior corporate and business managers, including, amongst others, members of boards of directors, CEOs, managers, general managers and senior executives.

This programme will bring together a group of the region’s entrepreneurs and senior corporate and business managers, and their experience in different industries and positions of responsibility will provide the programme’s learning base. We have always said that, in a programme of this level, much of the learning comes from the experience of its participants and the ability of faculty members to take advantage of this to the maximum. The week’s events in Madrid will also be attended by CEOs from major Spanish companies.
sdf
The programme gives participants an applied and deep understanding of the criteria and working methods for excellent internationalisation management, and provides a series of tools to help participants develop winning strategies at the local and international levels. The programme enables participants to expand their knowledge on modern concepts of social responsibility, sustainable development and business competitiveness. In addition, the programme expands participants’ professional network, contrasting and enriching their experiences with other participants, business leaders and faculty.

Finally, the programme will also deal with ‘self management’, aimed at promoting individual participant’s emotional intelligence
