Doing Business in China

ESADE - Fudan School of Management

The programme aims to offer executives interested in China first-hand contact with the country and its business realities, analysing key issues such as the geopolitical environment, and some of the economic and legal aspects of personnel management. In addition, the programme includes company visits and meetings with local executives.
 
The specific objectives of the programme are:
 
  • Finding out about China’s business environment, its economic and social trends, country-specific regulations, aspects of local businesses regarding strategy, finance and human resources;
  • Sharing experiences through meetings with CEOs or visits to companies in the region;
  • Taking part in networking activities and seeking out business opportunities.
This programme is specifically designed for owner-managers of midsize-businesses as well as for executives from large Spanish companies with interests in the Chinese market.

Accommodation:
Single room accommodation, including breakfast, will be arranged at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Fudan Shanghai. The hotel is 5 minutes from the campus and it is easy to get to the city centre using public transport.

Accommodation from 17th to 21st July (5 nights) is included in the matriculation fee.

Visa:
We recommend applying for a visa for China at least one month in advance (see downloadable brochure for more information).
