CLASSROOM TRAINING: DYNAMIC LEARNING
Pooling knowledge and experience in order to create a learning community capable of putting theory into practice. 270 contact hours.
CASE STUDY AND DISCUSSION
This allows application of the knowledge acquired and encourages personal study. The inductive method features strongly in both the preparatory work and case discussion.
OUTDOOR TRAINING ACTIVITIES
A learning approach based on personal and group development. As its name suggests, it is conducted outdoors in wide, open spaces. It draws on individual and group experience to foster learning.
REAL-LIFE EXPERIENCE
Drawing up of a strategic analysis of the organisation and adoption of an Action Learning approach. Participants learn how to share their own experience with others in the various work sessions.
PERSONAL COMMITMENT
Participants are required to make time for individual study, preparation of cases and assimilation of the recommended reading.
INTERACTION
Pooling of participants’ experience enriches the knowledge acquired both in and outside the classroom. Careful selection of participants, group discussions, working lunches and social activities all combine to foster dynamic exchanges and knowledge-sharing.
THE PARTICIPANTS’ PORTAL
This gives participants access to a great deal of information, a wide range of online resources, media, links to useful web sites, and so on.
CAPSTONE PROJECT
Direct application of the programme content to the participant’s own organisation. Each participant must choose a capstone project, which will be carried out in the programme’s final stage.
