Adaptive Leadership®

• Diagnosis of how organisations function and consideration of culture as a determining agent.
• Strategic intervention and tactical responses to effectively mobilise people to the changes required by the organisation.
• Development of skills and personal development required to exercise leadership and implement changes.

The programme is aimed at entrepreneurs in the public, private and social sectors who are linked to project development or to strategic decision-making.

It is also intended for potential or current change agents who are involved in transforming processes within their organisations or environment.

Through various methods, the programme develops a model to diagnose and strategically intervene in organisational and social systems, and is devised to generate what is known as "adaptive change".

In parallel, it strengthens the skills required by participants in order for them to meet the challenge of adaptive leadership.

 

Learning is constructed through a variety of methods, including: theoretical sessions, case studies, interactive discussions, group work, audiovisual tools, exercises and readings, and the -use of the class as a case-.
This is an innovative methodology that breaks from traditional learning paradigms and forces participants to deal with complex situations that require leadership. This methodology has been used successfully at the Harvard Kennedy School for many years.

Due to the particular pedagogy of this programme, which analyses actual cases, it will be essential to maintain maximum confidentiality regarding the material dealt with during the programme.
