Approaching sustainability merely as a compliance matter is short-sighted. Sustainability is fundamentally about innovation, entrepreneurship, strategic thinking, systems change, and meaningful impact. The world needs individuals who can view challenges through multiple perspectives and act as change-makers by building strong business cases for transformation. Succeeding in this field demands conviction, resilience, vision, and a deep sense of commitment.
We would like to invite you to this open conversation with Marc Vilanova, new academic director of the MSc in (FOR) Sustainability Management at Esade Business School, and Claudia Castellanos, co-founder and CEO of Black Mamba Foods, an award-winning social enterprise in Eswatini producing sustainably sourced products while creating local employment and supporting conservation initiatives. Through her story, you will gain hands-on insight on how sustainability can become not just a career path, but a platform for entrepreneurship and positive impact.
To clarify, this session will not focus on the programme’s logistics or operations, but rather foster an open dialogue on the current landscape and future direction of sustainability management.
Thinking of applying for the September 2026 intake? It’s not too late, we still have seats available. Join us, ask your questions, and take the next step toward building a career with impact.
