Research programmes

ESADE offers a PhD for students seeking academic and research careers in management. The programme provides analytical training in research skills and methodology, enabling participants to become leaders in management research and education in their respective fields. Faculty members and students work closely together in order to foster the publication of their work in leading journals, and thus enhancing students' opportunities in the competitive international market for academic faculty.
 

A tri-university programme (ESADE Law School, University of Deusto and University Pontificia de Comillas ICADE) designed to provide the fundamental methodology to perform research into legal science. Students actively analyse theories which explore the constitution of legal systems, the fundamentals of positive law, the comparison of systems, the social, cultural and economic justification of law, and legal reasoning and rhetoric.  
 

ESADE offers research-proficient students the opportunity to apply legal science research methodology, both in private law and public law, culminating in a doctoral thesis. Under the guidance of a personal tutor, the thesis calls for critical and original output which influences the progression of law as a means to prevent or resolve conflicts, with particular bearing on the national and/or international scientific and academic community.
