Through its Career Services departments, ESADE offers companies access to talented and multilingual professionals with a high degree of geographical mobility and potential for development.For more effective targeting, the Career Services teams are structured around ESADE's two main faculties, ESADE Business School and ESADE Law School.

ESADE's Career Services teams help businesses with their recruitment processes by maintaining personal contact with both ESADE students and the companies. Knowledge of both parties' needs allows Career Services to offer flexible and personalised services.

On-campus recruitment events are organised throughout the year to facilitate direct contact between employers and the students on the different programmes. As the most efficient way to communicate company backgrounds, employment opportunities and organizational values to students, we strongly recommend recruiter identity development on-campus.
