  • Cranfield Study 2005

Cranfield Studies were first launched in 1990 with the aim of analysing the evolution of Human Resource practices and policies based on a standardised survey among participating countries.

The [06] ESADE Cranfield Report focuses on a comparative analysis between 1995-2005. There is no obvious reason why one time period (a decade) is preferred over another (15 years). However, the accumulated experience of the Cranfield Reports and other, similarly structured reports, suggest that changes in HR policies are slow despite what might be deduced from specialised articles, publications, or conference proceedings.

  • EUWorkclimate

The aim of the EU-Workclimate project is to try to stimulate cooperative research and the exchange of opinions and experience in the field of industrial relationships.

"If we could improve the quality of life in the workplace, the employee at the individual level, as well as the company, clients and society as a whole would benefit", so reads one of the conclusions of the forum which led to the EUWORKCLIMATE study.

  • Recruitment Confidence Index (RCI)

El RCI Index is the result of a collaborative agreement between the Institute for Labour Studies (IEL) at the ESADE Business School, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and the Cranfield School of Management, along with the newspaper, ABC, as Media Partner.

The aim of this index is to gather information from a broad sample of companies regarding their perceptions on current hiring practices at the executive and professional levels. With this Index, our goal is to spread knowledge and awareness of this contrasted data.

This project, which has been running in the UK for over 5 years, allows us to compare and identify trends at the regional, national, and European levels.
