Correctly managing diversity within companies has become a business imperative. With this premise, the IEL's division on Diversity Management has developed a specific line of research and promotes its activities and organises forums to reflect on the best practices regarding the inclusion of diversity within companies.
The division consists of an interdisciplinary group which, from the legal, economic, and management perspective, focuses on the right to equality, to non-discrimination, and to diversity in the workplace, linking legal concerns to Corporate Social Responsibility.
