This is a programme that will be delivered as a hands-on workshop in which the learning process will:

  • Integrate the participant’s own experience with the concepts, models and tools that can help them make their company grow.
     
  • Provide a strategic framework that will help the participants to develop a strategic mindset that will allow them to lead their company growth.
     
  • Get the participants acquainted with the use of business models as a tool for business innovation and growth.
