What are the requirements for admission?
The admissions process includes and evaluation of the candidate's professional development, as well as their role and responsibility in their organization. It is required that candidates have the support of the company.
What is included in the obligatory overseas program?
Accommodations in Wharton residence halls and meals are included. This is a very important part of the program. Attendance in this one week program is obligatory, unless there are extenuating circumstances. The cost of the flight is not included.
What is the academic focus?
The program has two components. One section is dedicated to management and the global vision of the company from a general management perspective. The second focuses on personal development and reflection of management abilities, based on the needs of the participants.
What is the profile of the participants?
The program is designed for senior executives with a high level of responsibility in their companies and with more than 10 years experience in their field. A good level of business English is required.
