Patricia Cauqui is an academic collaborator in the ESADE Department of Human Resource Management, working as a professor and coach for the LEAD Programme. She holds an undergraduate degree in Journalism from the UCM, a Masters in Sport Psychology from the UNED and an Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) from ESADE. In her first five years of professional activity, she worked as Project Manager for the former Soviet Union countries, Sub-Saharan Africa, and the Caribbean. In Spain, she participated in the launch of Vía Digital as Director of Content Marketing, and in Ya.com first as Head of E-Commerce and later as General Director of its travel website, Viajar.com. As she is extremely interested in psychology and human relationships, in 2002 she changed her career focus and trained to become a coach (ICF). Since 2004, she has been providing executive coaching services for some of the most important Spanish and multinational firms, a job she balances with her academic work at ESADE. Since April 2005, she has been in charge of the ESADE/Community of Madrid LiderA Scholarships Mentoring Programme whose objective is the real incorporation of women into positions of responsibility.

Patricia Marcaida is the Director of the International Unit within ESADE's Executive Education department and spearheads the department's continued efforts towards international growth and expansion. Patricia leads the department's multi-million euro Leadership Development Programs with multinational clients spanning several continents, ESADE's Global Executive MBA program in partnership with Georgetown University and ESADE Executive Education's General Management Programs. She is also responsible for strategic alliances as well as the portfolio management of ESADE's executive programs in English. Patricia brings with her 12 years of executive experience in Marketing and Corporate Communications having worked and consulted for several multinationals in Europe and the United States. She has insights into the Asian, North American, Germanic and Spanish markets having lived in these parts of the world for decades. She completed her Executive MBA from the University of Chicago in 2003

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Spanish from Western Washington University. She started her marketing career in the US, and after several years experience moved to Europe, where she has worked in Germany and Spain.

Lagan began her career as an entrepreneur in the fashion and home furnishings industry in 2000. After designing and producing in New Delhi, India she sold and distributed her line in Asia and North America. In 2005 Lagan enrolled in the Full time MBA at ESADE, becoming a very active member of the MBA Business Clubs and the Vice President of the MBA Student's Association. Continuing with her commitment to ESADE, Lagan is working to build relationships between ESADE Executive Education and Global Fortune 500 companies. She coordinates all Business Development and Sales activities for the International unit and as well is involved in the design team for International custom programmes and In-Company Trainings.

Ester joined ESADE in 2006 in the Business Development area. She had her first contacts with Marketing and Communications departments in companies such as RACC Automotive Club and Swiss Life while preparing her degree in Business Communications. She began her professional career for a consulting firm in Barcelona until deciding to move to Ireland to carry out a programme in Business English. Afterwards, she moved to London where she worked as Marketing and Sales Coordinator within the hotel industry (JJW Hotels & Resorts) and later as Marketing Coordinator for a restaurant group in London (Noble House Leisure Ltd). Currently, she is in charge of commercialising open programmes in English as the International Product Manager. Ursi’s professional career in Spain began in 2000 as a production executive at Filmax International. Worked previously in Belgium as a management assistant and writer. Graduate in translation with a master in corporate communication. Subsequently read post-graduate studies in the history of art. Her mother tongue is Dutch and she also speaks French, English, Spanish, Italian and German. She entered ESADE in December 2006 where she now works as an International Program Manager in Executive Education.
