SIMULATORS
Better decision making
Thanks to the simulation technique, participants can recognize their own abilities through an experience that combines everyday reality with a holistic view of strategic management. The simulator enables each participant to make decisions in a computerized environment, and then see the impact of those decisions on the various stakeholders of the simulated company.
Through the Strategic Management and Change Management Simulators, participants manage several companies and develop their managerial skills in the principal areas of those companies.

As part of the PMD® journey, you will have the opportunity to spend three days at the prestigious HEC Paris business school. This module, focused on experiential learning, fosters innovation and encourages participants to reinvent their business models.
To increase the networking potential, the residential days of the PMD® module at HEC will be held jointly for participants from Barcelona and Madrid.

This project enables you to create a comprehensive business plan for your organization or explore new business ideas. The objective is to apply the concepts and strategies learned in the program and set new challenges for yourself. With our abundant resources and expert guidance through individualized tutoring, you will approach your project with rigor and precision.
The business development project serves as an ideal platform to test innovative ideas and concepts, complemented by the diverse resources for entrepreneurs offered by Esade and including the Esade Entrepreneurship Institute.
INDIVIDUALIZED LEADERSHIP PLAN
LEAD Program: Development of Management Skills
The PMD® program offers a transformative journey of self-discovery through the leadership development LEAD program. You will develop emotional skills, explore diverse leadership styles, and develop key learning strategies for managers.
The course provides a personalized learning and reflection process based on the acclaimed models of personal change and skills developed by professors Richard Boyatzis, Daniel Goleman (emotional intelligence), and David Kolb (experiential learning theory).
Exclusively taught in Europe by Esade, the LEAD program helps you define your ‘ideal self’ in contrast to your ‘real self’. With the assistance of a personal coach, you will create an individual development plan that enables a realistic and sustainable transition towards your goal.
Executive Coaching: The program assigns you a highly experienced coach who will help you interpret your individual reflections and go beyond the results of your 360-degree Feedback. This coaching will help you build and implement your self-improvement through the Individual Development Plan.
