The data controller is the Esade Foundation. The purpose is to manage the process of information, application, and admission to a program of the Esade Foundation.

The data will be processed prior to the formalization of a service provision agreement, which would take place in the event of the application and subsequent admission to the program, and in fulfillment of a mission of public interest. The data will be communicated to the Ramon Llull University, to institutions and companies with collaboration agreements and to the competent public administrations in the field of higher education in the event of admission.
