MRes in Management Sciences
The MRes in Management Sciences is designed to provide participants with a strong basis in managerial theories and research methodologies. It builds the research and management skills essential for managing and developing complex research projects and contributing to knowledge creation in the field of Management. On completing the MRes, participants will be able to conduct research independently. The MRes corresponds to the taught period of the PhD in Management Sciences.
The AQU (Agency for University System Quality of Catalonia)Specific Committee for the Evaluation of the Quality of University Centers and Activities, has issued a global POSITIVE rating for the ESADE Quality Assurance System.

The general objectives of this period are getting students:

  • To gain a strong grounding in Quantitative and Qualitative Research Techniques.
  • To acquire in-depth knowledge and a critical and creative approach to a specific research field in Management Sciences.
  • To develop research activity management skills.

Admission Requirements:
  • Hold an official degree (bachelor’s or equivalent) with at least 180 ECTS credits.
  • To meet the requirements of the PhD programme in terms of ECTS credits required, those MRes candidates continuing with the PhD programme with an official degree of less than 240 ECTS credits will have the opportunity to take additional courses during a second year of the MRes programme
