Mirroring today's corporate reality, one of The ESADE MBA's most enriching aspects for both students and recruiters alike is the diversity of its community. 75% of the Full Time MBA candidates are international students and we actively seek to foster a community formed by men and women of varied geographical, academic and professional backgrounds. This mix of different life experiences and interchange of perspectives creates a powerful and resounding learning environment.
With over 40 nationalities from all the main continents represented on-campus, our candidates are subject to a truly international experience. Given the close relationships they develop with their peers during team projects and group activities our candidates witness first hand the different cultural approaches and perspectives that guide business and social etiquette around the world.
Apart from learning the hard business skills during the MBA programme they also walk away more rounded persons having put to the test and fine tuned their multicultural and cross-functional leadership competencies.
