Recruiting Activities

Recruiting Activities

From day one at ESADE, you will receive the best start to a great career. We engage with as many employers as possible from a wide range of different industries and we host a comprehensive variety of activities:

With many different recruiters in one large space, a recruitment fair is a time-efficient way to expand your knowledge and contacts and market yourself, as well. Full of company presentations, skill seminars and interviews, they are a great opportunity to meet recruiters who are actively looking for interns and full-time employees.

We hold four fairs each year, one for all MSc students and four industry-specific ones to ensure that students can connect with companies recruiting in their chosen fields:

· Financial Services Recruitment Fair
· Consultancy Recruitment Fair
· Business & Management Recruitment Fair
· Spring Recruitment Fair

The Career Path Sessions will help you acquire and develop the skills you need to succeed in recruitment processes. They take place five times a year and are sector-specific: Financial Services, Consulting, FMCG, TMT & Industry, and Marketing & Sales. Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to participate in workshops focused on developing the main competencies valued by recruiters.

An alternative way for students to learn about career opportunities is by attending an event for a targeted group of students. Presentations are sometimes combined with a networking event or cocktail reception afterwards.

Most companies carry out at least a part of their recruiting processes on-campus. We provide all the tools and assistance required so that companies and students can fully concentrate on the interview process either in person, online or via conference call.

Participate in one of the numerous interactive company workshops and discover what career opportunities are available. Brush up on your interview skills or crack cases and attend sector/industry-specific workshops to put your best foot forward after graduation.

Case competitions are an excellent opportunity to face real-life challenges and solve real company problems by employing your newly learnt skills.
