Employment Report

The diversity of the ESADE MBA gives the vast majority of our students a taste for all things international, with 82% of graduates leaving Spain to work in top global companies the world over.

Some students may join us with a seemingly clear vision of their future career plans, but as a result of the sheer breadth of our programme, they ultimately change route over the course of the MBA. In fact, 89% changed either region, industry or function and 86% had secured a top position within 3 months of graduation.

Find out the top companies our students go on to work for after graduation across the globe, and get a glimpse at their starting salaries.

Employment Report 2016

"For me, the greatest benefit of ESADE’s Full-Time MBA was the international exposure. In fact, this was the main reason why I chose to study in Europe, and at ESADE in particular. Sharing, competing and living with 150 professionals from 48 countries is something that you can only do if you leave behind the comfort of your own country and culture. This was the most valuable learning experience for me. The programme’s other tangible benefits include teamwork, leadership and learning to build on diversity.

Right now, I am participating in Citibank’s CITIzens LatAm accelerated-growth programme for corporate banking and investment professionals. In this two-year programme, we switch to a new country and functional area every six months. Right now I’m working in the Mergers and Acquisitions team in Colombia, but my next assignment will probably be the Derivatives team in Brazil, followed by the Capital Markets team in New York. This entails much more responsibility than I had before. Citibank has given me an opportunity to be an agent of change, and every day I strive to become one."
