Internships
Thinking About Changing Career Paths or Learning About New Possibilities
Internships could be the key. If you pursue the 15 or 18-month MBA program, you'll have access to worldwide internships to put your knowledge into practice and gain experience in the field.
It's the perfect opportunity to show potential employers what you can do — which is why many businesses end up offering Esade MBA interns permanent posts after graduation. It’s also a chance to see if the reality of your chosen career matches up to your expectations.
Internships are recognized as curricular activities and are worth 3 ECTS credits. A grade is assigned upon the submission of all required documents and reports. To prevent schedule conflicts, MBA students can only begin their internships after completing their first-year core courses. To qualify for ECTS credits, internships must have a minimum duration of 4 weeks.

Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Santander, and Deutsche Bank use Esade internships as a recruitment tool. And you’re not just there to learn — you’re there to add value and tackle real challenges. That’s why the average monthly salary for students on internship is $3,990.
Most students (67%) stay in Europe, but you have a world of opportunities open to you in Asia, Latin America, Central, and Eastern Europe, Africa, and North America. Tech and Consulting Services are the most common functional area for internship students but many others are given responsibilities in consulting, finance, healthcare, and operations.
Internships are optional. During your internship, you'll be guided by an academic tutor and a professional tutor in the company where you carry out your internship. They will guide you and monitor your learning and progress with the aim of ensuring that you make the most of this unique experience.

Recruitment Fairs
With many different recruiters in one space, a recruitment fair is a time-efficient way of boosting your knowledge and contacts as well as marketing yourself. Full of company presentations, skill seminars, and interviews, it’s a great opportunity to meet recruiters who are actively seeking interns and full-time employees. Fairs are held in October and February for Full Time MBA students.
