An internship is considered a curricular activity, with a numerically grade and with 3 ECTS, that will show in the academic records and transcripts. In order to obtain the credits for an internship, a student needs to provide:
— Agreement/ confirmation by company
— Interims status report
— Final Internship report
— Company Evaluation
Companies including Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Santander, and Deutsche Bank use Esade internships as a recruitment tool. And you’re not just there to learn – you’re there to add value and tackle real challenges. That’s why the average mean salary for students on internship is €3,014. Most students (80%) stay in Europe, but you have a world of opportunities open to you in Asia, Latin America, Central, and Eastern Europe, Africa, and North America. Marketing and sales is the most common function for internship students but many others are given responsibilities in consulting, finance, management, and operations.
Internships are optional. During your internship, you'll be guided by an academic tutor and a professional tutor in the company where you carry out your internship. They will guide you and monitor your learning and progress, the aim being to ensure that you make the most of this unique experience.
