15.00-15.30 ESADE's reception area thronged by new EMBA students.
15.30 Staking out seats in the classroom for the first part of the 'International Strategy' session, given by ESADE's Dean, Prof. Xavier Mendoza. This week, the participants will analyse the role of international strategic alliances and key aspects in managing them.
17.30-18.00 Coffee break. Students relaxing in the Executive Cafeteria.
18.00 Return to class in groups for the last session of the day.
20.30 Students wend their way home after a tough day.
Barcelona 08.30. Madrid 09.00 Arrival at ESADE to attend the International Business Law and Taxation session, given by Eduardo Berché, Director of the Tax Consultancy and Management Program, ESADE Law School. Students deal with the complex subject of Double Taxation from economic and legal angles.
10.30-11.00 The discussion continues through the tea break. Students put the finishing touches to their work in the cafeteria.
11.00 The theory taught in the first part of the session is rounded off with case studies in the second part of the class.
Barcelona 13.30. Madrid 14.00 Students rejoin their families to enjoy the rest of the weekend.
