Program for Owner-Managers

PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
Studies have demonstrated that some companies succeed in growing, improving their competitive position and, consequently, obtaining excellent results and profits, regardless of the economic situation and the specific industry. Our ongoing observation of the business community has allowed us to identify these successful companies' most important traits. Upon completing this program, participants will have developed a global and long-term vision of their own companies' respective situation as reflected in a Business Plan which includes their firms' description, assessment and appraisal of the actions and measures needed for them to achieve their objectives.

PARTICIPANT PERSPECTIVES

"THE OWNER-MANAGERS PROGRAM PROVIDED ME NEW KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE TOOLS I HAVE AVAILABLE AND HOW TO USE THEM BETTER."

“When I took on the challenge of leading one of the companies in the family group, we had to successfully implement the generational change process. The Owner-Managers Program provided me new knowledge about the tools I have available and how to use them better. Each of us leaves the group feeling reinforced, and each one provides new and old ‘blood’ with their knowledge, experience, ‘fresh look’ and ‘open minds’. Family firms can count on ESADE faculty for the best support to use as leverage and make the leap towards the future.”
Enric Ayora
Manager Promoinmo S.L.

"HAS ALLOWED ME TO BROADEN MY PERSPECTIVE, STEP OUT OF THE COMPANY TO COMPARE DOUBTS AND EXPERIENCES, ALLOWING FOR COMPLETELY NEW FOCUSES"

“Meeting professionals from other industries with questions similar to my own has allowed me to broaden my perspective, step out of the company to compare doubts and experiences, allowing for completely new focuses. Similarly, preparing the Business Plan implies developing a long-term view about how we want to be and, more importantly, how we want our clients to perceive us.”
Jorge Luis Fonseca
Manager Sociedad de Centros Comerciales de España, S.A.
