How to Recruit ESADE Students

HOW TO KNOW AND RECRUIT OUR STUDENTS:
CV Books On-Line
You can request access students’ CVs via our portal and search for profiles that meet your recruitment needs. You can then contact the students to find out more about them or request further information.

Recruitment Fairs and Conferences

Each academic year, we run many virtual and on-campus events for students and employers to come together and share their professional experiences. At these events, you can:

     Build your employer brand on-campus through company presentations and workshops.

     Meet ESADE students and discuss internship and employment opportunities with them.

     Network with other companies in your sector.


Workshops

You can also consider running workshops or skills sessions. These enable you to interact with students in a more relaxed, classroom-style setting and have the benefit of raising your brand value on campus while developing students’ skills or knowledge.

     You can suggest any topic to us.

     Possible sessions might include ‘succeeding at assessment centers’, ‘mastering case study interviews’, ‘developing commercial awareness’ and ‘negotiation skills’.


Company Presentations
If you want to give students an insight into your organisation and the opportunities available, making a company presentation on campus could be a good option for you. They are usually one-hour sessions, followed by some informal networking with students.

On & Off Campus Interviews
Once you’ve shortlisted, we can host first- and second-round interviews for you. We can arrange your interview timetable, meetings rooms for interviews, as well as Skype or videoconferencing. We can also host focus groups and an assessment center where appropriate.

Career Portal

Access approximately 25,000 students and alumni already on our system.

The ESADE Career Portal is our interactive recruitment portal. It enables students and graduates to search for part-time, full-time, and summer job opportunities, review employer profiles and register for events and workshops.

You can register on our Career Portal and use the following services free of charge:

1. Create a customized company profile and promote your brand

2. Post jobs and internships

3. Manage all the applications and keep candidates updated on their enquiry status

4. Schedule campus interviews and request information sessions

5. Search through all of the ESADE profiles

1. Register on the ESADE Career Portal

2. Post your internships or full-time opportunities online. You will be able to manage all of your job postings and applications.

3. Not posting a job opportunity? Request access to the CV Book section to access all ESADE profiles: current students, recent graduates and alumni

Interested in recruiting an ESADE Intern?

An internship is covered by an education co-operation agreement signed and agreed by the student, the company and ESADE.
