The academic development plan consists of an integrated set of the course subjects needed to become a good specialist in marketing and commercialisation.
The strategic approach to work provides an insight into the overall impact of our decisions on the company.
This plan aims to strengthen foundations, update knowledge and provide a sound academic background in the concepts we intuit in our everyday professional experience. In short, it helps us speed up the process of becoming fully-fledged experts in this area, giving us the necessary assurance to tackle new challenges.

The management training plan is a set of integrated activities that help develop the management skills necessary in this area. Dealing with new professional challenges calls for demanding standards, an ability to analyse and prioritise, curiosity, empathy, teamwork, public speaking and presentation skills, negotiating abilities, etc. But an international vision is also needed to ensure managers are equipped for decision-taking in today’s highly globalised setting.
In ESADE we promote soft skills: the values that renew participants’ leadership abilities and enable them to arouse enthusiasm in their team in order to achieve objectives. These values are just as important as the academic training itself.
Company project
Through the project, first-rate companies in a wide range of industries pose real challenges and problems that must be dealt with.
The project teams have to develop an integral marketing plan to be presented to the representatives of each company. The company project is carried out in parallel with the programme, enabling the knowledge acquired in each phase of the master to be put into practice.
Participants will have two tutors: an academic tutor providing advice about how the theoretical knowledge acquired in class is applied to the project, and a group coach focussing on the group’s unity in order to optimise teamwork, essential for the project’s successful conclusion.
