Applications for the Executive Master programmes should be submitted between the dates set out below:
To take the programme in Madrid: between the 1st of April and the 2nd of October
To take the programme in Barcelona: between the 1st of January and the 13th of September
The admission procedure for the Executive Master programmes is continuous, with various sessions being held throughout the year.
The Admission Committee evaluates the applications made and gives successful candidates sufficient notice to make the necessary arrangements to join the programme. The candidate will be notified by the Committee in writing within roughly a month of conclusion of the admission procedure. Successful candidates will receive matriculation instructions. Admissions will only be considered once all the requisite information has been submitted.
The decision whether or not to admit a candidate is based on comparison with the remaining candidates and the number of places available.

Certified academic transcript
One of the admission requirements is that the candidate must hold a university degree, which must be evidenced through submission of a certified copy of the academic transcript, course dates, and the qualification awarded.
This document may be an official copy issued and sealed by the university or by ESADE.
- All documents not written in one of the following: English, Catalan, French, Spanish, must be accompanied by a sworn translation in one of these languages.
- Candidates who wish to keep originals of their academic transcripts should go in person to the Admissions Office with the original and a photocopy of the same document. The photocopy will be signed on the spot.
- If the qualification awarded is not shown on the academic transcript, the candidate must also submit a copy of their degree certificate, or a document demonstrating that such certificate will be issued.
ESADE admission test
All candidates for the ESADE Executive Master programmes must take ESADE's own admission test.
The test results forecast the candidate's aptitudes, his or her development potential, and suitability for the Executive Master programme.
Candidates must pay the administration fee at least five days before the examination date in order to take the test.
Those candidates who are unable to take ESADE's own admission test should present their GMAT results instead.

Take the English test: This test is conducted on the same day as the admission test.
The purpose of this test is to check the candidate's knowledge of the language.
Should it not be possible to take the tests, candidates may present TOEFL, Cambridge Certificate, or IELTS results instead.

A photocopy of the deposit slip or bank transfer must be either submitted or sent to MBA Admissions, together with the completed Application Form.

Interview with a member of the Admissions Committee
Those candidates who are pre-selected will be required to attend a personal interview with a member of the Admissions Committee.
