Esade offers awards to support and recognize exceptional women. The Esade Women in Business Award honors MBA candidates with strong leadership and dedication to initiatives like the Esade Women in Business Club. The Award for Women Leaders celebrates career progression, encouraging women to lead in business. Through the Forté Foundation, Esade provides scholarships to women with outstanding leadership potential and the Women of the World Award supports diverse candidates, prioritizing those with financial need and unique perspectives.

Esade Need-based Scholarships
Esade Need-based Scholarships are available to candidates who demonstrate both talent and financial need. The Esade Scholarship Committee will assess applicants based on their talent and financial need criteria.
We expect candidates to have an above-average Admissions Test score. The financial circumstances of family households will be evaluated and supporting economic documents will be required.
Financial aid is open to all applicants once admitted to the MBA Program. These scholarships cover from 50% to 85% of the MBA tuition fee. There is a limited number of scholarships available.
Need-based Scholarships are not compatible with other prizes or awards granted by Esade.

Esade Excellence Awards
Each candidate will be able to apply for one award. See the full list of awards in our brochure.
At Esade, we are committed to recognizing and nurturing talent, wherever it comes from. A range of exclusively talent-based Excellence Awards is open to you based on your nationality, gender and/or academic background.
Financial aid is open to all applicants. If you are thinking of applying for an award, we urge you to do so when you initially apply for a place on the MBA Program.
Excellence Award evaluation runs in tandem with the MBA admissions process and will be based on the documents you supply for admission.
To start an Excellence Award application, you must log into the Admissions Portal and access the Award Information section. Please note that the deadline for applying for an Excellence Award is July 15th 2026 (for the 2026 intake).
Full Time MBA Excellence Awards are not compatible with other prizes or awards granted by Esade.

Income Share Agreement (ISA)
At Esade, we believe in the potential of our future candidates and students.
Supported by the European Investment Fund, our Income Share Agreement (ISA) program allows you to focus on your studies now and pay for your education using your future earnings. The Esade ISA can be combined with scholarships or awards, providing a flexible and supportive way to manage tuition costs.
How does it work?
