Wietrak, Emilia

Emilia Wietrak she/her holds a Ph.D. in Social and Organizational Psychology from the University of Barcelona, and a Double Diploma M.Sc. in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology from the University of Barcelona and the University of Bologna. She is a fellow of the Center for Evidence-Based Management CEBMA.

Emilia’s areas of expertise include people analytics and evidence-based management. As a consultant, she assists organizations in enhancing employee outcomes and overall business effectiveness by leveraging HR data and insights from research. Emilia has authored evidence-based reports, summaries, and blog posts on various people management topics. Her client portfolio includes renowned organizations such as CEBMA, Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development CIPD, Orgnostic, and ScienceForWork.
