The diversity of the Esade MBA opens students’ eyes to a whole world of possibilities. After graduation, 50% of participants in the Class of 2022 found a job outside their home country. Some students join Esade with a clear vision of their future career plans. But the sheer breadth of the programme reveals new, more attractive paths. In the Class of 2022, 97% of students changed either region, industry or function and 91% had secured a top position within three months of graduation.
