Biografia
Daniel Blaseg és professor adjunt d'Emprenedoria del Departament de Direcció General i Estratègia d'ESADE des de setembre de 2019.
Es va doctorar en Màrqueting Quantitatiu per la Universitat Goethe de Frankfurt Alemanya i té dos màsters en Dret LL.M i Finances MSc. Abans d'incorporar-se al món acadèmic, va tenir experiència pràctica com a consultor de transaccions de capital risc i adquisicions de start-ups en una destacada empresa de finances corporatives a Alemanya, i fou cofundador i director financer CFO de diverses start-ups.
Els seus principals interessos investigadors se situen en la intersecció entre l'emprenedoria, les finances i el màrqueting. S'ha centrat especialment en l'economia i la regulació de les fonts alternatives de finances emprenedores, com el micromecenatge. Per les seves recerques, ha estat distingit diverses vegades amb el premi a la millor ponència best paper en prestigioses conferències p. ex., el KSG Best Entrepreneurship Research Award i per la seva carrera precoç p. ex., el BAI Science Prize 2019 sobre inversions alternatives.
