Recruitment Fair
The Esade MBA Recruitment Fair: Job opportunities and networking
With many different recruiters in one big space, a recruitment fair is a time-efficient way of boosting your knowledge and contacts, and marketing yourself. Full of company presentations, skill seminars, and interviews, it’s a great opportunity to meet recruiters who are actively seeking interns and full-time employees. Fairs are held in October and February for Full-time MBA students.
Career Path Sessions
The Career Path Sessions help you to develop the skills you need to land the jobs you want. You can join workshops that focus on developing the abilities most valued by recruiters. Through interactive exercises and group activities you’ll experience firsthand the main tools and techniques used in the recruitment process and get feedback from experts.
Company Presentations
These presentations for a targeted group of students are sometimes combined with a networking event or cocktail party afterwards.
Campus Interviews
Most companies carry out at least part of the recruiting process on-campus. We provide all the tools and support so that companies and students can fully concentrate on the interview process, either in person, online or via conference call.

A simple way for recruiters to identify you as a potential candidate before they even arrive on campus. Esade Careers creates a CV book that contains information about your professional experience. This book is distributed to international companies who use it as a tool for selecting personnel.

The perfect platform to find the latest job and internship offers from top employers all around the globe. Companies announce vacancies and can access your CV should you decide to apply.
Case Competitions
Case competitions are an excellent opportunity to face real life challenges and solve real company problems by employing your newly learned skills. These case competitions are also a gateway to securing an internship or a full-time job.
MBA students participate in more than 20 case competitions organized at Esade, at other business schools, and at prestigious companies.

Career Treks
The Esade MBA - Treks experience
You can go on study treks during the year to visit companies and make contacts around the world. Some examples include: Operations and Supply Chain Management Club Trek, Tech & Media Club Trek to Amsterdam, D&I & Entrepreneurship Clubs Trek to London, E&E Club Trek to Amsterdam, Entrepreneurship Club London Trek, Consulting Trek to Dubai, Luxury and Retail Club Trek to Paris.
Student Club Events
Business clubs are managed by the MBA Student Association (MBASA). They organize events, career-development, and networking opportunities for members such as:
Mobile sustainability and Mobile World Congress speaker panel at Esade Forum. The school invited six guest speakers from leading companies to deliver sessions on the internet of things (IoT), mobile apps such as e-health, and infrastructure, recent trends and their entrepreneurial experience with mobile applications.
Leading Futures – a two-day conference and case competition for top MBA students. Lessons from design thinking workshops and learning industry experts are applied to solve complex business challenges. On the final day of the competition, students present their innovative solutions.
Case competitions with companies. Students work in multidisciplinary teams to tackle real-world problems in a competitive format. Examples include the Hult Prize (the world’s biggest student case competition for social good), Challenge-Based Innovation with CERN (the European Organization for Nuclear Research) and ALCP.
Clubs events create learning, networking, and exposure opportunities for members including study trips, conferences, workshops, seminars, and guest speakers.
