Group work rooms, WI-FI connection, computers, reading rooms and individual work points
The Barcelona Campus Library has 3 work rooms: Alexandria, Pergam and Babel, each one of them can seat 4, 4 and 7 people. Alexandria and Pergam rooms includes a PC in addition to docks for laptops. Babel room will be available as an Immersion room until June 30.
The Library also has 1 office reserved for Doctoral students. It can seat 2 people and includes a PC in addition to docks for laptops.
The Sant Cugat Campus Library has a private work room, for up to 4 people, 1 individual work room with capacity for 11 people and a room dedicated to using Virtual Reality devices and Immersion room until June 30.
The use of these rooms is exclusively for students, faculty, researchers and other ESADE staff.

Reservation
The Sant Cugat Campus Library work room it can be booked through Room Booking (SC-1 0M2SC - Library work room) on the intranet.
The Pedralbes Campus Library work rooms it can be booked through Room Booking (BCN-2 ALEXA - Sala Alexandria, BCN-2 PERGA - Sala Pèrgam, BCN-2 Babel - Sala Babel).
Opening hours
In the Barcelona campus library, work rooms are open:
- from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 9 pm, with reservation, and to access them you will have to request at the Reception desk of the building
- Saturday to Sunday from 9 am to 9 pm, without reservation, and to access them you will have to request at the Library's reception desk.
During the academic year, the Sant Cugat campus library is open Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 9 pm. It’s closed on weekends.
These times may change during vacation periods.
Wi-Fi zones
Wi-Fi is available in all Campus premises. This connection allows full access to the Library's entire resources.

Reading rooms
The Sant Cugat Campus Library has 134 reading points and 6 computers for information retrieval. It also has auto check-out and auto check-in terminals.
The Barcelona Campus Library has 3 reading rooms, with 256 reading points and 4 computers for information retrieval. It also has auto check-out and auto check-in terminal.
Printing and photocopying
Pedralbes Campus Library has a TUI Smart Card self-service photocopying and printing terminal.
