Biography
His career develops as a lecturer and teacher at the university level and senior management;
as a consultant in Leadership and Organizational Development and Research, focused
on Leadership and Teamwork ESADE is Senior Associate Professor Department of Managing
People and Organizations and the Institute of Public Management of ESADE.Lecturer
in Executive Education programs and University BBA and Double Degree and Head and
principal teacher at Esade programs 'negotiation' and 'persuasive public speaking'He
has been Associate Director of the BBA and ESADE Part TimeHe has been professor of
Psychology of the Organization in the Etseib UPC and the Chemical Institute of Sarria

.. His doctoral thesis dealt with the differences in leadership between Entrepreneurs
COES and chief executive officers CEOS at the organizational level.
