The ESADE MBA Recruitment Fair: Job opportunities and networking
With many different recruiters in one big space, a recruitment fair is a time-efficient way of boosting your knowledge and contacts, and marketing yourself. Full of company presentations, skill seminars and interviews, it’s a great opportunity to meet recruiters who are actively seeking interns and full-time employees. Fairs are held in October and February for Full-time MBA students.
Career Path Sessions
The Career Path Sessions help you to develop the skills you need to land the jobs you want. You can join workshops that focus on developing the abilities most valued by recruiters. Through interactive exercises and group activities you’ll experience firsthand the main tools and techniques used in the recruitment process and get feedback from experts.
These presentations for a targeted group of students are sometimes combined with a networking event or cocktail party afterwards.
Most companies carry out at least part of the recruiting process on-campus. We provide all the tools and support so that companies and students can fully concentrate on the interview process, either in person, online or via conference call.

Business clubs are managed by the MBA Student Association (MBASA). They organize events, career-development and networking opportunities for members such as:
Mobile sustainability and Mobile World Congress speaker panel at ESADE Forum. The school invited six guest speakers from leading companies to deliver sessions on the internet of things (IoT), mobile apps such as e-health and infrastructure, recent trends and their entrepreneurial experience with mobile applications.
Leading Futures – a two-day conference and case competition for top MBA students. Lessons from design thinking workshops and learning industry experts are applied to solve complex business challenges. On the final day of the competition, students present their innovative solutions.
Case competitions with companies. Students work in multidisciplinary teams to tackle real-world problems in a competitive format. Examples include the Hult Prize (the world’s biggest student case competition for social good), Challenge-Based Innovation with CERN (the European Organization for Nuclear Research) and ALCP, in conjunction with companies based in ESADE’s own pioneering CREAPOLIS business-incubator campus.
Clubs events create learning, networking and exposure opportunities for members including study trips, conferences, workshops, seminars and guest speakers.
