La Cátedra LiderazgoS y Sostenibilidad sigue una metodología de trabajo basada en los criterios académicos más rigurosos, que le han permitido crear un sistema específico de vinculación entre los aspectos estratégicos y organizativos esenciales de las empresas (públicas o privadas) y los ODS. Además, el equipo de investigación de la Cátedra ha adquirido experiencia relevante en el análisis de las memorias de sostenibilidad y los informes integrados conforme a los marcos de referencia internacionales (GRI y IIRC) y a las memorias ejemplares de empresas españolas e internacionales.
Port de Barcelona
Preparation of a case study by the Center for LeadershipS and Sustainability to rigorously assess the trajectory followed by the Port de Barcelona and the Port Community in the incorporation of sustainability.
Case study title: La integració de la sostenibilitat en el Port de Barcelona (1992-2020)
Items analyzed:
- Chronological account of the process of integrating sustainability within the organization, between 1992 and 2020.
- Analysis of the units involved in the integration of sustainability aspects within the organization and their main achievements.
- nterpretation of the Port’s situation in terms of sustainability based on the most recent theories of strategic integration of sustainability, focused on the SDGs.
Fira Barcelona
EA joint project between the Fira Barcelona exhibition center and the Esade Center for LeadershipS and Sustainability and aims to enable Fira Barcelona to integrate the 2030 Agenda into its strategy.
The project has four phases:
- Process of conversion of the contributions of Fira Barcelona to SDGs;
- project and future strategy of Fira Barcelona with SDGs;
- internal awareness campaign;
- and internal and external communication plan.
Leadership and SDGs
The Esade Center for LeadershipS and Sustainability follows a methodology based on rigorous academic criteria that links strategies and organisations (public and private) to sustainable development goals. The Center’s research team is experienced in the analysis of sustainability reports and integrated reporting within the frameworks of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) and International Integrated Reporting Council (IIRC), and also analyses other reports by Spanish and international companies.
