About
Through research, training, consultancy and social debate, we aspire to contribute to the development of leaderships that act in favor of the growth of more sustainable societies. To this end, we promote projects aimed at analyzing, in an applied manner, new models of corporate leadership that integrate sustainability and ESG impact management into their strategies and business models. The Chair's ambition is to transfer knowledge about the opportunities for the emergence of action-oriented transformational leadership.
We also offer training activities through programs aimed at people interested in acquiring knowledge on the incorporation and advancement of corporate sustainability in their organizations and on sustainable leadership.

Team
The team of people of the Chair in LeadershipS and Sustainability is made up of recognized professors and social researchers with an established track record in the analysis of the environment, social change and ethics applied to leadership. The Chair works with other professors and academic professionals as collaborators on specific topics on which they are experts.
