Ombudsman
The Ombudsman serves to ensure that all the rights and freedoms of every single Esade community member are duly respected in keeping with the institution’s internal norms.

This Office is a consultative body which also promotes mediation:
Receives and processes reports presented by Esade community members regarding actions by the institution’s different bodies and services as well as those by individual community members.
Requests information from the university bodies and services mentioned in those reports.
Drafts non-binding proposals to resolve the issues raised.
Provides recommendations to correct any deficiencies detected.
Participates in mediation processes when duly requested by the affected parties.
Any member of the Esade community can contact the Ombudsman to:
- File reports regarding actions taken by Esade bodies or services and by any of its community members.
- Request the Ombudsman’s mediation in conflicts within the Office’s area of responsibilities.
