    Areas of research

    Conflict Management Research Group

    This group studies conflict management from the perspective of both prevention and resolution. It is a multidisciplinary research team that includes members from several leading universities.

    Center for Global Economy and Geopolitics (ESADEgeo)

    ESADEgeo aims to become a benchmark in the study of globalisation and organisations. A new mentality is needed in order to adapt to the new global reality.

    Jean Monnet-ESADE Chair

    The Jean Monnet-ESADE Chair is a new project for teaching, research and social debate on European Union law and European integration. It is selected and financed by the European Commission.

    Promotion of research

    • Dialoga Prize

      ESADE Law School’s Conflict Management Research Group and the Catalan Notaries Association periodically award the Dialoga Prize to students in the first year of non-compulsory secondary education in Catalonia. 

    • ARAG Lectures

      ESADE Law School organises the ARAG Lectures as a way to generate specialised dialogue on the subject of conflict management in the workplace. 

    • Property law

      The Property Law Research Group organises conferences and seminars on legal rules and social changes that concern the fields of private European law, contract law and property law (individual, family and corporate).
