Significant dysfunctionalities in Spain\u2019s job market have led to excessive rates of temporary employment and unemployment compared to other European countries.<\/p>\n

Labour relations in Spain have traditionally had little in-house labour flexibility and excessively rigid labour relations, apart from the constant use of temporary contracts.<\/p>\n

All this has contributed to the small increase in productivity and the declining competitiveness of the Spanish economy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
