Les dones continuen per darrere dels homes en almenys tres dimensions essencials:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La taxa d&#8217;atur continua sent 2,5 punts m\u00e9s alta per a les dones i les dades mostren que el descens de la desocupaci\u00f3 des de la Gran Recessi\u00f3 (a partir de l&#8217;any 2013) \u00e9s m\u00e9s lent en les dones que en els homes.<\/li>\n<li>En l&#8217;\u00faltima d\u00e8cada, el percentatge de dones amb contractes a temps parcial ha triplicat el dels homes (el 23% en comparaci\u00f3 al\u00a0 7%).<\/li>\n<li>El 27% de les dones tenien contractes temporals l&#8217;any 2019, en comparaci\u00f3 al 25% dels homes; aquesta bretxa s&#8217;ha anat ampliant des de l&#8217;any 2015.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tot i la converg\u00e8ncia general entre homes i dones en les taxes de participaci\u00f3 en el mercat laboral, les dones continuen per darrere dels homes en almenys tres dimensions essencials.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":3898,"template":"","yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v22.9 -
