Posem a prova aquesta idea per a Espanya i, a partir de dades censals, simulem dos tipus de limitacions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Si el l\u00edmit s&#8217;estableix amb un criteri \u00fanic de preu, les zones amb lloguers m\u00e9s elevats se situen en zones de rendes m\u00e9s altes que la mitjana, at\u00e8s que hi ha una forta correlaci\u00f3 entre el nivell de renda i el preu dels lloguers a nivell de secci\u00f3 censal. En conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, una intervenci\u00f3 en el mercat per limitar els preus en les zones m\u00e9s cares de Madrid i Barcelona no beneficiaria inquilins de rendes baixes sin\u00f3 m\u00e9s aviat a llars de rendes mitjanes-altes. Seria, doncs, una mesura poc equitativa.<\/li>\n<li>Si, per contra, el l\u00edmit es defineix de forma relativa (com a % en cada zona), les m\u00e9s afectades serien les zones amb renda m\u00e9s baixa.
