Here we explain who we mean when we talk about a <\/strong>CEO<\/strong><\/a>, a term widely used in today\u2019s business world, and their most important responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n

Meaning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The CEO, also known as the Chief Executive Officer<\/em>, is the person who is in charge of running the company.<\/strong> In other words, they have ultimate responsibility at the strategical and operational level. In Spanish speaking countries, they are known as<\/strong> director\/a general, director ejecutivo\/a or consejero\/a delegado\/a<\/em>. In English, they are also called MD (Managing Director).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
