The ESADE Institute for Innovation and Knowledge Management (IIK) has just launched its new blog, which aims to offer reflections on the latest innovation and knowledge advances produced by the Institute’s researchers, and also make them accessible to the general public. The blog forms part of the ESADE Blogs project, an initiative that will in the coming months foster the creation of new thematic blogs on social innovation, global economy and geopolitics, entrepreneurship and development amongst other areas.

The aim of the ESADE Blogs project is to reflect the wealth of knowledge created by ESADE and to give a voice to the institution’s experts so they can share their opinions and views about current issues, as well as the latest advances in knowledge made by ESADE in areas of relevance for the business world, the public sector and civil society. ESADE Blogs began a year ago with the first launch of a thematic blog from the ESADE Law School, which has now published more than 130 posts.

The Institute for Innovation and Knowledge Management (IIK), led by Jonathan Wareham, is a research centre comprising multidisciplinary experts, whose mission is to promote research in order to find new answers to the origins, mechanisms and consequences of innovation and knowledge. The groups’ central research areas range from open innovation, knowledge management and organisational learning, scientific discoveries and the transfer of technology to the design of innovative platforms and ecosystems, sustainable technologies, the concept of open government and democratic technologies.
