ESADE Alumni’s Career Services invites you to this 4-hour workshop in which we’ll work on communications skills, specifically public speaking.

The workshop’s objective is to analyse all participants’ communications skills, in particular, their level of impact and persuasion, to recommend areas for improvement, identify and strengthen communications skills and provide a method to communicate more persuasively and effectively.

Session structure:

- Each participant will provide a 6 to 8-minute presentation prepared beforehand.
- These presentations will then serve to introduce all the theoretical concepts to be addressed.
- In addition, a personal analysis will be provided based on each presentation to diagnose the individual participants’ skills and make the necessary recommendations for their improvement.
- This workshop is based on the Teoría de los Faros, las 5 Claves de la Comunicación Personal ("The Lighthouse Theory, the 5 Keys to Personal Communications") as published in the book, La Isla de los 5 Faros (“The Island with 5 Lighthouses", RBA 2005).

Ferran Ramon-Cortés will be responsible for this event aimed at both junior and senior executives. He is a Consultant for PARADIGMAFCM, a professor of personal communications skills and a writer.
