With 55 years of experience, ESADE reveals several aspects of its identity that have inspired the institution’s tasks, allowing it to contribute to society in a significant and innovative manner. Through training, research and social debate, ESADE has helped:

Promote an open vision of management, reaching all types of organisation (companies, public administrations, and not-for-profit organisations).

Promote the process aimed at modernising the economy and internationalising companies over the last few decades.

Reinforce innovation and the entrepreneurial approach, by training entrepreneurs capable of implementing innovative and sustainable business models.

Introduce and foster corporate social responsibility, combining professional skills with a vision of leadership committed to serving society.

Social debate is one of ESADE’s missions. The institution aims to exercise its social influence in a responsible manner, in order to contribute to public debate, broadcast messages, act as a platform for the transfer of knowledge, encourage and facilitate reflection, and also promote actions and changes in the public sphere.

ESADE is a meeting point for numerous entrepreneurs, managers, academics, legal experts, politicians and representatives of civil society. Around 80,000 people take part in the 1,100+ events that the institution organises each year, many in collaboration with ESADE Alumni.

ESADE has also become one of the leading Spanish business schools in terms of the number of opinion pieces published in the international press.

ESADE is present in social debate through the talks, conferences, seminars and forums it organises; through the prizes it awards; through the reports, studies and proposals it prepares and broadcasts; through its alliances and associations with other stakeholders, as well as through the opinion articles it publishes and the impact it makes in the national and international media, etc.
