TAILOR-MADE COURSES

Course Types
After years of experience working with companies and helping them in developing tailor-made courses, we have identified three issues which have a great impact on the success of the proposal. These three issues are:
What?
This issue is strictly connected with the content of the course that needs to be defined with the HR Department and bearing in mind students' interests. There are three different options:
1) General Spanish
2) Specific Spanish
3) Skills in Spanish
Final decision depends, very much, on the Spanish level of the students.
How?
This second issue is related to how is the structure of the course. Once again, HR's interests and students' interests need to be taken into account when defining this part of the course. Options are, basically:
1) Intensive Format: all classes in a short period of time
2) Extensive: classes are fitted into an agenda i.e. twice per week
3) A combination of both options
Where?
Last but not least, it is also key for the success of the course to choose the right place. Options are:
1) In ESADE, away from the normal place of work
2) In the company, where the student is in a well-known environment
3) Neither ESADE nor the normal place of work, usually a hotel or a similar facility
