  • This module is focused on interpersonal and mediation skills. The aim of this module is to develop linguistic and strategic negotiating skills. It includes analysis and practice sessions covering different types of negotiation scenarios, roles and attitudes, providing training in discursive strategies and cultural differences as well as writing up reports.
