You are totally free to book your accommodation at the Hotel of your choice. The travel agency, American Express Viajes, has reserved rooms for the Colloquium participants at the Hotel Meliá, which will be the official Colloquium Hotel. This means that you will basically have the additional service of a bus shuttle to ESADE - the Colloquium venue - to the Hotel and to the Gala Dinner on September 20.

As in September many congresses will take place in Barcelona, we highly recommend to make your Hotel reservation as soon as possible.

How to make your reservation?
To reserve your accommodation at the official Colloquium Hotel, please fill out the attached Accommodation Form  and send to American Express Viajes (as indicated on the Accommodation Form).
