Leadership and Social Innovation

The programme Leadership and Social Innovation aims to facilitate continuing education for people with executive responsibilities in NGOs and other non-profit organisations as well as in social enterprises. Through independent yet complementary modules, the programme covers topics of great utility for non-profit executives.

Social leadership, the proper functioning of governance and management in NGOs, strategy, results measurement, collaboration with companies, campaigns, public influence, innovation and social entrepreneurship are fundamental issues in strengthening the impact of social organisations.
