Training

We ensure knowledge transfer and experience-based education through training programs to help our students develop and enhance their capacities as agents of change and thus contribute to improving society.

For this reason, the Institute participates transversally in Esade's educational programs, offering subjects such as Business in Society; Managing Sustainable Impact; Corporate Social Responsibility; Ethnographic Sensibility as a Tool for Social Change; Dignity, Resistance & Social Change; Business Ethics & CSR; Social Thinking; Business, Government & Society; Technology for Social Impact; and Big Data, Regulation & Ethics, among others.

In addition, the Institute organizes specific training programs aimed at individuals with management responsibilities in the non-profit sector: NGO/NPO Leadership and Management Program, Leadership and Social Innovation Program, and Esade-PwC Social Leadership Program.
